Brad Adams

With more than 35 years of experience in the health care industry Brad Adams provides valuable insight and perspective regarding the impact health innovations can have on the industry. Prior to establishing My Care Solution, Adams served as Director of Client Services at American Health Partners and an industry leader with Cardinal Health, the nation’s largest provider of health care products.  His expertise in the field earned him the status of Regional Manager of the Year for Cardinal Scientific Products on numerous occasions.  As manager, Brad’s region consistently finished #1 in the country for capital equipment sales.  In 2009, Brad was promoted to Executive Vice President and manages the medical side of AHP.  Adams credits his success to his unmistakable passion for seeing the difference an innovation can make in the lives of people. He began his journey in the medical field having graduated with a college degree in medical technology and later applied his training at several hospitals and medical products organizations. He is also a registered Medical Technologist with the American Society of Clinical Pathologist and remains involved with the professional organization, American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences on the state and national level.  Outside of his professional endeavors Adams is avid outdoorsman and is active in variety of related functions with his wife and family. He also serves in leadership positions with several faith-based organizations and involved in mission work in Peru, Kenya and Haiti.

Linda Conaway , Director of Business Development

Conaway has more than 35 years in health care; specifically focusing on quality diagnostic testing.  The fifteen years prior to joining My Care Solution Linda worked distributing lab products by managing a team of diagnostic instrument specialists, account managers and telesales integrated to bring the best products and service in a timely fashion to the clinical laboratory.  The team won numerous top of class sales awards while developing lasting relationships with customers and team members.  Linda’s unique approach and care for servicing the laboratory came from a medical technology background, BSMT with the American Society of Clinical Pathologist, performing bench work in physician’s office, hospital, and reference lab.  Linda’s sales foundation was first built by servicing clients with a team of Reference Lab Pathologists.  The client base was built by services that included attending hospital board meetings in support of Laboratory Directors, assisting the lab in preparation for JCAHO accreditation, monitoring quality assurance, and proficiency testing reviews.  The second step in sales was built with an ISO 9000 manufacturer.  Linda was a President’s Club member and worked thirteen years with the Diagnostic Division in telesales and as a trainer for integrating field sales and telesales for a superior customer experience.  Along with her profession, Linda now enjoys family, volunteering for Arise Ministry, pets and gardening.
